These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Analytics Incite LLC (“Analytics Incite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services
Analytics Incite provides bookkeeping, business analytics, reporting, and technology services to businesses. Our services include a private event management platform that provides automated alerts and intelligence to authorized staff members at client organizations.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: Analytics Incite Event Alerts
Description: Automated operational SMS notifications for authorized staff members at client organizations, covering event bookings, inquiries, payments, and pipeline health for private event management.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on business activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high event activity.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Analytics Incite does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-In: Staff members are enrolled in the SMS alert program by their employer when designated as a team member or supervisor in the event management system. By accepting this enrollment, you consent to receive operational SMS messages from Analytics Incite at the phone number provided.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-enroll by replying START.
Help: For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact lucas@analyticsincite.com.
Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Phone numbers and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://analyticsincite.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services
- Not attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorized scope
Intellectual Property
All content, software, analytics methodologies, and technology provided by Analytics Incite are the property of Analytics Incite LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client data remains the property of the respective client organizations.
Limitation of Liability
Analytics Incite provides services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Incite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the applicable client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Analytics Incite from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the use of services at any time. Upon termination, your right to access our platform and receive SMS messages will cease.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
